Mapo Tofu

Mapo Tofu is one of my favourite tofu dishes. The slightly spicy gravy is simply delicious and it goes well with rice.. This is a recipe from 《中华美食料理》 by 浅田峰子.

Ingredients:
2 pcs or 1 box of tofu
150g minced pork
1/3 stalk spring onion, chopped
1pc of ginger, chopped
1pc of garlic, chopped
1tsp bean paste
2/3cups soup stock
1tsp sweet sauce

Banana Chocolate Cake

Simple recipe with extraordinary taste. This is a very good recipe for people who are new to baking and want to make something to amaze their friends.

Ingredients:
Make 10.5″ cake
Part A
312g or 2.5 cups flour
562g or 2.5 cups sugar
2tsp baking powder
2tsp baking soda
3/4 cup cocoa powder
Part B
3 eggs
175g butter
375ml or 1.5cups mashed banana

Macha Icecream

Macha iceream is my all time favourite. It is not as rich as chocolate icecream and offers a nice green tea taste. Coupled it with some azuki(red bean) paste and the goodness of this icecream is beyond what words can describe. Just experience it with your tongue.
